Decorate the room divider, either with artwork your kids bring home from nursery or school. Hang hooks on it and hang jewelry on it, shoe pockets for their shoes. Closets:
- Use a sliding door closet, it’ll save you having to worry about having the space to be able to open the door.
- Don’t need all the space in the closet, use the extra space to store toys.
- Use a dresser instead of a closet.
Beds:
- Are your kids old enough to sleep on a bunk bed? If you need to put your kids together in a room, a bunk bed will help save on space.
- Another option is a gallery bed, a bed that is higher up, like a bunk bed but underneath instead of a bed you can have a desk? Couch? Toy storage? Even a closet? Playing area? Make it into a library.
- Store things under the bed in flat boxes, you can also add a crib skirt so you can hide those boxes you have stashed away.
- Use the headboard as storage or make a headboard out of shelves.
- Buy a bed that comes with a bed underneath, that has wheels on it, so you can pull it in and out as necessary.

- Hang shoe pockets on the back of the door for their barbies dolls.
- Use a storage bench for books or other toys, you could also add a cushion to it and turn it into a seat.
